Precision Rehab reports successful debut at Naidex Roadshow South
Precision Rehab has hailed the inaugural Naidex Roadshow South in Farnborough a success after showcasing a selection of specialist powerchairs to visitors and healthcare professionals.
The event gave the specialist powerchair supplier an opportunity to meet customers and industry professionals based in the south of England, with products on display including the iBOT, New Live Magix 2 and models from Permobil, Paravan and SANGO.
Matt James, Director and Co-founder of Precision Rehab, said the new southern event was a welcome addition to the industry calendar.
“Since we founded Precision Rehab, Naidex has always played a vital role in our annual marketing campaign and, while the Birmingham NEC is a great central location, it is still a long drive for people based in the far south.
“To now have a Naidex event in Farnborough is fantastic, as it means we have the opportunity to engage with current and potential clients, along with healthcare professionals based in the south, in one accessible southern location.
“I certainly hope that the organisers build on the success of the first event in 2027.”
Among the powerchairs showcased by Precision Rehab was the iBOT, which incorporates four driving modes designed to help users navigate different environments, including uneven terrain and stairs.
Visitors were also able to see the New Live Magix 2, a compact six-wheel-drive powerchair designed for indoor and outdoor environments, alongside examples from the Permobil range, which offers remote diagnostic capabilities to support servicing and adjustments.
Several Paravan models were displayed, including the PR30 II and PR50. The PR30 II can be adapted with additional equipment according to an individual user’s requirements, while the PR50 is designed for use across domestic, workplace and care environments.
Completing the line-up was the SANGO Slimline Advance, which combines a compact chassis for indoor manoeuvrability with features intended to support outdoor use. It is available in mid-, rear- and front-wheel-drive configurations.
Precision Rehab has more than 30 years’ experience in the assessment, supply and servicing of specialist powerchairs and works with brands including New Live, Permobil, Paravan, Dietz, iBOT by Mobius Mobility and Sunrise Medical.
The national disability exhibition, Kidz to Adultz Scotland, is expanding to support people of all ages as it marked its 25th anniversary.
