Matthew James, Director and co-founder of Precision Rehab, commented: “We are delighted to have added the Permobil range of powerchairs to our portfolio.

“They fit seamlessly into our current range and with front wheel and mid wheel drive options and adult and paediatric models available we can now offer our clients an even greater choice when we are talking to them.”

According to Precision Rehab, the Permobil range of powerchairs are among the most technically advanced currently available. Should the client have a technical issue, there is no need for an engineer to visit in person as the Permobil powerchairs can be accessed remotely, enabling the engineer to diagnose the issue and change programme and software settings if necessary.

This software also means that the activity of the chair can be monitored to ensure the client is using it correctly and getting the most out of the many functions.   There are two standing powerchairs – the M5Corpus VS, a mid-wheel powered chair that is compact and manoeuvrable and ideal for indoor and outdoor use.  The F5 Corpus VS – a hybrid model designed for indoor and outdoor use with a high standing angle and superb comfort.

There are multiple models in the main powerchair range – the F5 Corpus, M5 Corpus, F3 Corpus, M3 Corpus, M1 Corpus and X850 Corpus all of which offer superb combinations of manoeuvrability, comfort, ease of use indoors and outside and a comprehensive choice of both standard and optional features, with front and mid wheel drive options.

“Naidex is always a great event for us as it enables us showcase and demonstrate our powerchairs – including the Permobil models and to engage with existing and potential clients along with their family members and healthcare professionals from around the UK in a relaxed environment” continued Matt.

Completing the Permobil range on show will be the Permobil K300 PS Jr and Permobil Explorer Mini paediatric powerchairs.
