Passenger Lift Solutions’ launches inboard lift for wheelchair-accessible vehicles
Passenger Lift Solutions (PLS), a UK manufacturer of passenger lifts for accessible vehicles, has announced that its latest innovation, the EA4 Inboard Lift, is ready to be supplied to wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV) providers.
The EA4 Inboard Lift is designed to meet the needs of a wide range of passengers, including wheelchair users, those with limited mobility, and individuals using other mobility aids.
Designed to enhance accessibility and user comfort, the EA4 Inboard Lift is available in three platform options: solid, vertical split, and horizontal fold. According to PLS, it provides improved stability and easier entry and exit, benefiting passengers and operators across various vehicle types.

Offering versatility, the EA4 can accommodate various user requirements. Its platform lengths range from 1,300mm to 1,610mm, widths from 745mm to 915mm, and safe working loads of 400-500kg. The lift can be installed in both rear and side door configurations, and its modular construction allows quick installation and easy maintenance.
