Gayle Cardwell Wealden RehabSpecialising in assessing, supplying, installing and maintaining equipment for care homes, hospitals, schools, and councils across the UK, Wealden Rehab has added Band 7 qualified occupational therapist Gayle Cardwell to its team.

Qualifying as an OT in 1998, Gayle has gained extensive experience over the past two decades in health, housing and social care settings, working as clinical lead/ advanced practitioner level for the past nine years and managing complex caseloads.

Now working alongside Wealden Rehab’s product advisers, the company says the addition of Gayle will help bring various advantages to its team, including insightful product development input and expert clinical observations.

Discussing Gayle’s appointment, Matt Anderson, Business Development Manager for Wealden Rehab, commented: “What we are really looking for to is aligning our values and our focus with what an occupational therapist is focused on, the experience they have and also the knowledge of day-to-day use with equipment and patients.
