In NRS Healthcare’s recent annual report for the last financial year, the company has reported a 2.8 percent sales increase on the previous year, with its annual turnover reaching £165,183,000.

As seen on Companies House under Nottingham Rehab (which trades as NRS Healthcare), the annual report shows NRS Healthcare’s Directors’ audited financial statements for the year ended 31st March 2018.

In the profit and loss account, NRS Healthcare has seen a £5 million increase in turnover against the previous financial year.

The company has also seen a £5 million profit for the financial year, compared to the £4.3 million profit for the previous financial year.

A statement signed off by the board said: “The financial performance in the current period reflects the continued success for the group in a growing and developing market.

“During the period, the Company successfully tendered for the Blackburn and Darwen ICES contract and successfully re-tendered for the Northern Ireland Wheelchair service. Additionally, the Company secured a contract to provide the Assistive Technology Service in North Yorkshire and ICES contract extensions were secured in Cambridgeshire & Peterborough, Herefordshire, Norfolk and Powys.

“Subsequent to the year end, the Company has successfully tendered for contracts to provide Technology Enabled Care Services in Torbay and Adult Community Occupational Therapy Services in the Isle of Wight.”

The statement also highlighted NRS’ revenue increase against the previous financial year, which it says reflects a record performance.

“Growth is anticipated to continue in future periods, particularly in the online and digital areas,” the statement continued.

“The market for the provision of outsourced healthcare contracts continues to grow and there remains a strong pipeline of new opportunities to provide ICES, Wheelchair, Telecare and Clinical services.

“As a market leader within the industry, the directors believe that there is significant scope to develop and grow the business in future periods.”
