Nottingham on Call partners with Chiptech to provide ‘first-class’ digital telecare
Chiptech will now supply Nottingham on Call (NOC) with a brand-new digital alarm product to offer greater reassurance to elderly and vulnerable customers.
Nottingham on Call (NOC) provides a 24-hour 365-days-a-year care alarm monitoring service to thousands of people from its base in Nottingham and its digital alarms and monitoring service now extends to customers across the country.
According to NOC, the new product, EVA, will not only provide a better day-to-day experience for NOC’s customers, it will also help to future-proof the service in advance of the analogue switch off in 2025.

The EVA digital base unit provides 24/7 support at home and it can be paired with a range of other equipment. Featuring up to 80 hours battery life, optional voice-guided installation and over 300 metres peripheral range. It can also be paired with the GO pendant GPS alarm, which Chiptech already delivers for NOC.
