Noble Live-In Care appoints operations lead to support national growth
Noble Live-In Care, part of CCH Group, has appointed Nadine Bowman as Head of Live-In Operations as the business looks to further expand its live-in care services across the UK.
The newly created role will see Nadine lead the strategic growth of Noble Live-In Care, with the organisation targeting a further 10 per cent increase in live-in care hours and revenue during the next financial year.
Nadine takes on the position after serving as Registered Branch Manager since 2023, bringing operational experience and frontline insight into the growing demand for live-in care services.
As part of the company’s national growth strategy, Noble Live-In Care plans to expand into new regions, with a particular focus on the North of England. The business said the expansion is designed to help address mounting pressures across the UK care system, including rising demand for care home capacity and ongoing challenges around delayed hospital discharges.
By increasing access to live-in care at home, Noble Live-In Care aims to provide an alternative to residential care placements while supporting people to remain safely and independently in their own homes.
The north of England will be a major focus for the organisation’s growth plans, with the region facing higher levels of health inequality, greater levels of poverty, and a rapidly ageing population. Many communities are also spread across rural areas, where access to care services can be more limited.
Over the next 12 months, Nadine will also help shape Noble Live-In Care’s strategy to expand support for young adults who require live-in care, ensuring services continue to meet the needs of a broader client group.
Another key focus of the role will be strengthening collaboration between health services, local authorities, and community care providers to help bridge the gap between hospital care and long-term support at home.
Nadine’s appointment forms part of CCH Group’s wider commitment to strengthening the care workforce and improving retention across the sector. The organisation recently announced the creation of a Head of Culture and Communications role to support initiatives focused on employee engagement, recognition, and long-term career development for carers.
