New transfer chair lift from Enableliving promises to be a “game-changer” for elderly care

With a maximum safe working load of 158kg the electric AX35 is suitable for those people who are prone to falling. The AX35 ensures the user maintains their dignity when being lifted from the floor following a fall. When someone is manually lifted from the floor to a standing position, they can often feel dizzy and sick, however the smooth gradual lifting of the AX35 removes this and it only takes 90 seconds for the user to be moved from the floor to a sitting position.
The AX35 eliminates the need for manual handling and by doing this the risk of the care giver suffering a back injury no longer exists. As the AX35 is ready to use and does not require any complex assembly, the length of time the user spends on the floor after a fall is greatly reduced and so is the risk of potential side effects associated with a fall such as pressure sores or hypothermia.
