Ableworld is looking to relocate from its site at Gloucester’s historic docks, offering customers a whole host of savings and discounts on its mobility product offerings.

The mobility store is leaving the Lock Warehouse and customers are able to save up to £500 on mobility scooters over £400 on recliner & recline chairs. Each product comes with free insurance and breakdown cover alongside advice and support from the Ableworld team.

Although the retailer is set to leave the dockside location in the coming weeks, a new site is yet to be confirmed.

Conway Davies, Owner of Ableworld Gloucester, told Gloucestershire Live: “When my partner Jackie began looking for equipment that helped to meet her elderly father’s needs, we didn’t find it easy to source good quality products or advice.”

He added that he is glad to now be in a position where he can change this and help to improve the quality of life of people with restricted mobility.

Ableworld offers customers a variety of mobility and homecare products, such as mobility scooters, stairlifts, toileting aids, wheelchairs and bed raisers. The mobility detailer also offers an installations, servicing and repairs on stairlifts.

In THIIS’ November Retailer Spotlight in 2018, Ableworld highlighted that it prioritises the training of all of its staff to ensure customer queries across all the business can be handled, as well as implementing a customer support system to ensure customers are not left stuck and unable to speak to a real person.
