Award-winning journalist and disability advocate Jordan Jarrett-Bryan will join The Naidex Roadshow South to discuss how technology can help create more opportunities for disabled talent.

He is Co-Chair of the Ability Network at ITN and former Chair of the Disability Journalism Forum. Jordan also runs a video production company which places diversity and high-quality technical output at the centre of its work.

At The Naidex Roadshow South, Jordan will lead a session titled How To Create More Jobs For Disabled Talent With Technology.

The session will explore technological advances in media and production, and how these can be used to ensure more disabled people are able to work in the industry.

It will also look at how disabled workers have been marginalised and discriminated against over many years, and how the sector can make better use of qualified disabled talent.

Jordan will be joined by Chris Lynch, an award-winning disabled filmmaker, founder and inventor.

The session will take place at Village Green, Farnborough International, on 9 September 2026 at 1:45pm.

World’s Coolest Disabled Live will explore the companies, broadcasters and production companies that are embracing opportunities to employ disabled talent.

The session will also challenge the myth that employing disabled people always comes with additional costs.
