MOVU Mobility partners with John Preston Healthcare Group for UK and Ireland launch
Norwegian mobility brand MOVU is preparing to launch its Scandinavian three-wheel rollator in the UK and Ireland through a new partnership with John Preston Healthcare Group.
MOVU was developed in Norway by founder and CEO Øyvind Gedde for his mother, who wanted to create a mobility product that provided the support she needed without looking or feeling clinical. The result combines Scandinavian design with stability and everyday practicality.
The rollator encourages the user to adopt a more upright and natural walking posture through its distinctive ergonomic steering handle, while a large front wheel helps the user move more easily over kerbs, gravel, cobblestones, snow and other uneven surfaces.
A fold-out seat enables the user to rest whenever needed, while the folding rear wheels allow the Movu to become much narrower for transport and storage. It offers a low weight of 7.3 kg without bags and seat, adjustable handle height and up to 110 kg maximum user weight.
The handle can be adjusted between approximately 950mm and 1070mm, allowing it to be set according to the user’s height and preferred walking position. This ergonomic design helps provide natural support for the wrists and shoulders while reducing unnecessary strain on the body.

MOVU states that over 600 of its rollators have already been sold across several European markets. MOVU will be introduced to selected UK and Irish mobility retailers from autumn 2026, with a particular focus on dealers with a strong showroom presence.
