Modern Motion appoints Business Development Director to develop exclusive retail partner network
Reclining chair manufacturer Modern Motion has appointed Andrew Stevenson to the role of Business Development Director.
Bridgend-based Modern Motion is an established supplier of Scandinavian-inspired chairs that are designed to be elegant and functional. Designed by Gary Doy, the firm is currently developing a range of chairs aimed at customers with restricted mobility over the coming months all of which will be available to its retail partners.
Andrew, who is President of the British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA), brings over 20 years of industry experience to the role and has a strong reputation of account management and development.
His role will be to develop an exclusive retail partner network across the UK, Europe and the rest of the world for Modern Motion’s range of lifestyle enhancing products.

Modern Motion states that its new Fitzroy range of rise and recline chair incorporate features have been developed in response to customer requests. The range is specifically tailored for individuals seeking a helping hand without compromising on uniqueness, offering an alternative to conventional products on the market.
Key features include an adjustable headrest, a full rise and recline motion together with actuated arms and a choice of buttons or handset. The chair has a battery option and will recline to zero gravity.
