Medequip showcases community equipment services and TEC solutions at virtual conference
A specialist in community equipment, Medequip and its subsidiary company Medequip Connect will be participating in the International Technology Enabled Care (ITEC) virtual conference organised by the TSA (TEC Services Association).
Running from 22nd-25th March this year, the ITEC Conference is a virtual platform for companies and professionals across housing, health and social care to discuss the importance of technology-enabled care (TEC).
The COVID-19 pandemic has put TEC firmly in the spotlight as a fast-developing sector of healthcare and instigator of change. The virtual conference aims to provide an interactive experience to showcase the sector, complete with networking opportunities, live messaging and virtual demonstrations.
At the virtual event, Medeuip will be promoting its community equipment services and developing portfolio from Medequip Connect – the company’s subsidiary TEC arm providing alarm monitoring and support services.
The digital stand will provide visitors with access to corporate videos and a range of relevant downloads, including a Medequip Corporate Pack, a Services Directory and links to other services such as Falls Prevention and online retail facility Manage at Home.
Additionally, the provider will be using the conference networking hub to offer live telecare demonstrations, working with partners to show how the different systems work and how they can be used to help people to live independently for longer.
Medequip will also be conducting a short survey interviewing visitors to the stand to gather additional information on the changing requirements and challenges for TEC in today’s healthcare market. All completed surveys will be entered into a prize draw to win an Amazon Echo Show 8.
The supplier says it is looking forwarding to using the ITEC Conference to share knowledge and experience about the growing potential for TEC.
The community equipment services (CES) provider has recently been trialling electric vehicles in and around Rochester, Gillingham, Chatham and the Hoo Peninsula as the company looks to transform CES delivery across the UK.https://thiis.co.uk/medequip-showcases-community-equipment-services-and-tec-solutions-at-virtual-conference/https://i1.wp.com/thiis.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Medequip-Connect-at-ITEC.jpg?fit=900%2C500&ssl=1https://i1.wp.com/thiis.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Medequip-Connect-at-ITEC.jpg?resize=150%2C150&ssl=1Events & ExhibitionsNewsroomSupplier NewsTrade Newscommunity equipment,Community Equipment Services,ITEC Conference,Medequip,Medequip Connect,TEC sector,TEC Services Association,Technology Enabled Care, telecare demonstrations,TSAA specialist in community equipment, Medequip and its subsidiary company Medequip Connect will be participating in the International Technology Enabled Care (ITEC) virtual conference organised by the TSA (TEC Services Association).
