Medequip renews as a pre-qualified supplier for procurement services community care framework
Community equipment provider Medequip has announced that it has been awarded a place on the Procurement Services Integrated Community Care framework, which establishes its status as a pre-qualified supplier operating in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
Services offered by Medequip under this framework include a comprehensive portfolio of community equipment services, as well as Technology Enabled Care (TEC) through Medux Group company Medequip Connect and wheelchair services through Medux Group company Ross Care.
Procurement Services framework pre-qualified suppliers have all been evaluated and scored in areas including financial stability, social value, and experience, ensuring they can provide a suitable service to the public sector.
Public sector organisations can access the framework free of charge. It is easy to use, and ensures each organisation is operating in compliance with current procurement regulations. It means public sector organisations can procure without the need to run a full tender process.
Andy Phillips, Head of Business Development for Medequip, commented: “We are proud to have been awarded pre-qualified supplier status by Procurement Services.
“This means potential customers for a range of Medequip services can access our services quickly, easily and with full confidence in our ability to meet their requirements without having to go through a tender process which is often expensive and time-consuming.”
In recent news, Medequip announced that it has been awarded the contract to deliver the Community Equipment Loan Service for East Riding of Yorkshire and Hull.
