Medequip Connect partners with TSA to drive transformation of the TEC sector
Medequip Connect is partnering with the Tech Services Association (TSA) this year in sponsoring a number of headline events which are driving transformation of the Technology Enabled Care (TEC) sector.
These events include the ITEC Conference in March and a key stakeholder event ‘Shaping the Future of TEC’ as well as webinars and strategic meetings around the adoption of digital solutions for improving people’s lives.
TEC services provider Medequip Connect shares the TSA’s stated vision ‘to enrich, enhance and enable people’s everyday lives through technology enabled care’. Aligning closely with the representative body for TEC will enable the company to further support development of the sector and increase awareness of the challenges and opportunities shaping the narrative of the industry.
Stephen McKee, Head of Business Development, Transformation and Consultancy for Medequip Connect, said: “The TEC sector is undergoing rapid change, not just around product development but also in terms of increasing awareness of the positive role that proactive and preventative TEC can have, both on people’s lives and the wider field of health management.
“Partnering with the TSA is giving us important insights into market developments but also enabling us to liaise effectively with other technology leaders in the sector to help drive forward standards and formulate strategies for the future.”
One of just four partners for TSA headline events this year, Medequip Connect will be hosting Knowledge and Networking sessions as well as panel discussions on the Innovation Stage at the ITEC Conference in March, covering key topics such as overcoming barriers to commissioning proactive and preventative technology enabled care, and implementing proactive ad preventative care at scale.
Medequip recently announced that it has been awarded the contract to deliver the Community Equipment Loan Service for the East Riding of Yorkshire and Hull.
