TGA, a leading mobility scooter specialist, has successfully hosted its latest trade roadshow in Dublin – part of its enhanced outreach programme to Irish dealers.

This TGA event was the third roadshow aimed at strengthening relationships with its valued dealer network. Healthy numbers of dealers from Northern and Southern Ireland attended the event which showcased TGA’s unique product and service offering.

Attendees were able to discuss their commercial needs on a one-to-one basis with TGA representatives who listened, engaged and discussed individualised strategies. This relationship-enhancing exercise provided a focused opportunity to talk in more detail regarding TGA products, servicing and marketing support.

In addition to business talk, visitors were able to refresh their technical knowledge of TGA scooters, wheelchairs, powerpacks and powerchairs – of particular importance to service engineers. Insight regarding the pioneering WHILL Model C powerchair was a popular feature along with demonstrations of the lightweight folding Minimo Plus 4 mobility scooter.

Daniel Stone, TGA Managing Director, commented: “The fundamental reason for our roadshows is to listen to the trade in a focused and constructive manner. This is helping us to enhance our trade service through a pro-active approach to efficiency so that dealers benefit on multiple levels.

“By engaging face-to-face at convenient locations for dealers, they have been able to save time and understand more fully our leading trade proposition. They have spoken to our specialist team and experienced first-hand how TGA synergises quality products with unique service, technical and PR support.

“Feedback from dealers was extremely positive with many commenting on how the format facilitated an easier understanding of why TGA offers them a commercial advantage.  With rapport enhanced, we now have the perfect platform to help our Irish dealers develop to the next level.”
