Koller Engineering appoints experienced new General Manager to manage its daily operations
A specialist in the manufacture of wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV) products, Koller Engineering, has announced the promotion of Andy Nurrish from Sales Manager to General Manager.
In his new role, Andy will be responsible for managing the company’s daily operational functions. This will include developing and maintaining customer relationships, establishing a collaborative team environment, and ensuring the engineering and manufacturing departments are working to planned strategic objectives.
Andy joined the company in 2006 and has been Sales Manager for the past 16 years. As well as building on existing relationships, he has established many new connections in a variety of sectors from care homes and local government, to the commercial vehicle industry and defence sectors.

Andy has built his knowledge of the accessible vehicle sector over the last 26 years working with some of the biggest names in the industry. With an intrinsic understanding of the business, Andy is a well-known figure who always goes the extra mile to support his customers.
Established in 1980, Koller manufactures a range of WAV products including wheelchair restraints, floor rails, portable ramps and removable mini-bus type seat fixings.
In October 2021 the firm announced its achievement of being awarded ISO 9001 recertification, a worldwide-recognised quality management standard.
Last year, Koller added a compact and portable wheelchair winch to its portfolio of products and it recently helped support coach and bus companies to meet Public Service Vehicle Accessibility Regulation (PSVAR) requirements.
