Knight ElectroFold rides into mobility scooter market in dramatic fashion
After whetting the industry’s appetite with its early pre-launch campaign, exhibiting all the hallmarks of campaigns found in the automotive industry, Drive DeVilbiss has now officially launched the Knight ElectroFold scooter with a new stylish video.
In keeping with the visually striking style adopted in its teaser trailer, Drive DeVilbiss has released the official launch video of its new premium scooter with the engaging, modern advert showcasing the product’s numerous features.
A unique approach to launching a new product in the mobility industry, Drive’s pre-launch campaign video garnered praise for its bold and contemporary promotion, with Marketing Manager for Drive DeVilbiss’ Retail Division Alan Sullivan highlighting the excellent response it received from customers.
Aiming to maintain and develop of the pre-launch momentum whilst delivering something fresh, the new official launch focuses on displaying more of the product and hones in on the Knight’s key features, including 12-second electronic folding operation, keyless ignition, lithium battery pack, and its Laser Drive Technology.
Discussing the new campaign video, Alan commented: “The Teaser campaign was developed to catch our customers attention and spark their interest but not to give too much away about the product itself.
“The fast pace of this new video has a totally new feel to that of the Teaser. I was determined to develop another new style of video that would excite and engage the viewing audience.”
Available in ‘Knight Black’ or ‘Armour Silver’, the new scooter also boasts bright LED Drive Vision lighting front and rear lighting, as well as a new digital LCD control panel displaying odometer, time and temperature, in addition to the standard battery gauge and low/high-speed settings.
“I’ve launched many scooters down the years and I’ve always tried to find new and different ways to catch our customers’ eye and gain their interest, I’m quietly confident this will…” finished Alan.
