Kidz to Adultz ScotlandThe national disability exhibition, Kidz to Adultz Scotland, is expanding to support people of all ages as it marks its 25th anniversary tomorrow, Tuesday, 15 September 2026.

Kidz to Adultz, which has helps to connect disabled children, young people, families, carers and professionals with vital products and services for a quarter of a century, is evolving its Scottish event to better reflect the lifelong needs of disabled people.

While regional events across England traditionally focus on children and young adults transitioning into adulthood up to age 25, the 2026 Scotland exhibition has expanded its reach to serve disabled people of all ages, as well as the organisations that support them.

Held at the Scottish Event Campus in Glasgow from 9.30am to 4pm, for the first time, the event will integrate dedicated resources, exhibitors, and educational seminars specifically tailored to adult services and later-life care.

Carmel Hourigan, senior manager at Kidz to Adultz, said: “Celebrating 25 years gives us an opportunity to reflect on how much has changed since our first exhibition and, importantly, on what remains the same.

“People value having a place where they can access information, discover new products and speak directly with organisations that understand their circumstances.

“We know that disability support isn’t limited to childhood. By broadening the focus of our Scotland event, we’re responding to the needs we see on the ground and reflecting the fact that many people require support at different stages of life.”

The strategic expansion comes at a critical time for social care infrastructure. In Scotland, approximately one in 25 adults – roughly four per cent of the population – now receives local authority-funded social care services.

Navigating the landscape of modern care often leaves families and carers spending hours tracking down fragmented information. Tomorrow’s exhibition acts as a vital bridge, gathering essential services, charities, and equipment providers into a single, highly accessible destination.

Visitors will have the opportunity to interact directly with expert suppliers showcasing specialized equipment, innovative mobility technology, and seating solutions. Alongside physical products, a full program of free continuing professional development (CPD) accredited seminars will run throughout the day, providing crucial regulatory and clinical updates for healthcare professionals, alongside guidance for family carers.

The move to the Scottish Event Campus offers convenient transit links, sitting just a five-minute train journey from Glasgow city centre and remaining fully accessible to attendees traveling from Edinburgh, Aberdeen, the Highlands, and across the Lowlands.

Admission to the event remains entirely free for all attendees, including disabled individuals, parents, carers, healthcare practitioners, and assistance dogs. Attendees can still register online or find more detailed travel, parking, and exhibitor information by visiting the official event page.
