Ki Mobility launches lightweight addition to the paediatric folding tilt-in-space market
Paediatric wheelchair manufacturer Ki Mobility has announced the newest addition to its Little Wave portfolio of products, the Little Wave Arc, a lightweight folding tilt-in-space wheelchair.
With a transport weight of just 9.3kg the wheelchair is packed full of easy-to-use features for parents and caregivers which offer plenty of versatility.
The patent-pending Arc tilt system provides effortless repositioning and a shorter, more manoeuvrable, wheelbase – just another way that Ki Mobility are ‘better by design’.
The Arc name represents the path of the rear roller guides that minimise the movement of the centre of gravity in a design that maximises the mechanical advantage at both ends of the tilting stroke.
Easy to fold into a small package, thanks to its compact wheelbase, the Little Wave Arc easily fits into the boot of a car, making it ideal for family days out.
The Little Wave Arc also has the future in mind with its robust frame design which has been manufactured from high-strength lightweight materials for durability. The chair can also accommodate plenty of growth.
