Symmetrikit Postural Care is a Division of The Helping Hand Company – A Market Leading Company in British Design, Innovation and Manufacture.

We provide Specialist Solutions to Children and Adults with Complex Physical Disabilities and market-leading positioning solutions into Elderly Care.

We sell to the NHS, Social Services, Care Homes, Charities and also to Private individuals.

Over the last 12 months, we have expanded our Sales Team to meet an increase in demand and continue our growth plans. We have also launched a number of new products with further innovations in development.

We have an exciting new role that incorporates training, product development and sales.

We are seeking a Training and Development Manager to support in the training and development of our sales team, set up field trials for new products and manage a small area to further test sales strategies and product research.

The successful candidate should be a highly motivated professional with a proven track record of success in a number of key areas within a field sales environment. Sales Management/Coaching skills and experience in Product Development are also desirable.

A comprehensive, full training package is offered to the successful applicants.

This is a role that will require a small number of evenings away from home each month.

Specific experience in the Healthcare market is not essential but the following skills are:

We have a Company Pension available.

Holiday entitlement is 23 days per annum.

After each 5 years’ service, you will be entitled to an additional 15 days holiday in the following holiday year. This will repeat in every 5 years following.
