Job Title: Trade Accounts Manager
Location: Field-based – 3 positions available – covering the South West of England / Midlands and Wales / Scotland
Salary: £36,000 basic + Commission + Company Van + Company Device
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Reports to: Director, Managing Director.

We are now looking to grow our Trade Division by hiring a dynamic, driven and relationship-focused Trade Accounts Manager to join our expanding team.
Role Overview
As a Trade Accounts Manager, you will play a key role in driving trade sales and building long-lasting relationships with B2B customers. You will be responsible for managing existing trade accounts and developing new business opportunities across your designated area.
This is a field-based role, ideal for a confident self-starter who thrives on the road, enjoys face-to-face interaction, and is motivated by targets and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with existing trade partners to maximise repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Identify and onboard new trade customers including retailers, dealerships, and healthcare suppliers within your area.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate Monarch Mobility products.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, pipelines and orders using CRM tools.
- Represent Monarch Mobility at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Act as a brand ambassador, consistently delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support trade customers.
Person Specification
Essential:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or field sales.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across their designated region (some overnight stays may be required).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management.
Desirable:
- Experience in the mobility, healthcare or medical devices sector.
- Existing trade relationships within relevant industries.
