ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Trusted Recruiter is recruiting on behalf of a specialist provider of clinical seating, wheelchair and postural support solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to join a growing team dedicated to improving mobility, independence and quality of life for people with complex clinical and postural needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with wheelchair users, healthcare professionals and carers, carrying out assessments and recommending bespoke seating and mobility solutions that achieve the best possible outcomes.

THE ROLE

As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical seating assessments, product demonstrations, training and ongoing support to healthcare professionals and end users across your territory.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting clinical seating and postural assessments.
• Recommending and prescribing appropriate seating and mobility solutions.
• Supporting Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Wheelchair Services and other healthcare professionals with product selection and assessments.
• Delivering product demonstrations, trials and training sessions.
• Building and maintaining relationships with NHS services, healthcare providers and referral sources.
• Managing a territory across the South East and Midlands.
• Providing ongoing support to clients and end users to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Representing the business at exhibitions, clinical events and educational sessions when required.

ABOUT YOU

Applications are welcomed from individuals with experience in:

• Clinical Seating
• Complex Seating
• Wheelchair Services
• Occupational Therapy
• Physiotherapy
• Rehabilitation Engineering
• Mobility Equipment Assessments
• Pressure Care and Postural Management

You will ideally possess:

• Experience conducting seating, mobility or postural assessments.
• Strong knowledge of clinical seating and postural management principles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A consultative, patient-centered approach.
• The ability to work independently and manage a field-based territory.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A willingness to travel throughout the South East, Midlands and occasionally nationwide.
