EPC Wheelchairs has been selling performance wheelchairs for people who want to remain active in sports and daily life, for over 30 years. We are seeking a Product Assessor to join our small team based in our Staines showroom. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our market presence.

37.5 hours p/w 9am-5pm Monday – Friday based in Staines, Middlesex. No travelling involved.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carrying out assessments and demonstrations with a range of products, including manual wheelchairs, powered wheelchairs, and sports wheelchairs
  • Identify customer needs and tailor technical solutions to meet those needs effectively.
  • Learn about the range of wheelchairs available including their adjustments and accessories.
  • Assess clients for sizing and comfort
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote our products and services.
  • Utilise software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Occasionally attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and build connections.

What we’re looking for:

  • You will ideally have experience carrying out wheelchair assessments but anyone with experience within the sector will also be considered
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving the right solution for the client
  • Clean DBS record
