Northern Sales Executive – Scan Mobility – Scotland, North Wales, North of England

Scan Mobility are looking for a Northern Sales Executive which includes Scotland, North Wales and north of England from Manchester upwards, selling profiling beds, paediatric cots, mattresses and cushions. Preferably with a proven track record in sales within the health care sector.
Scan Mobility have been trading for 32 years supplying the NHS, County Councils, NHS stores, care homes, etc.
You would be responsible for:
- Conducting regular dealer visits reviewing and developing every aspect of the business.
- Targeting and prospecting for new business partners, as appropriate within the sector.
- Driving and increasing the territory’s sales and market.
- Ensuring your area achieves its commercial objectives in full.
- Managing the relationship between Scan Mobility and its customers.
- Providing timely and accurate reports on all aspects of activity and performance. You would need to deliver area presentations on the equipment out in the field to OT’s, DN’s, family, etc.
Ideal Candidate
A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry. Strong understanding of the healthcare sector, including knowledge of relevant products and market dynamics. Excellent communication, self-motivated, target driven, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required with the occasional stay over.
Essential
You must be dynamic in your approach to business, be able to work on your own initiative and be target driven for success.
Excellent communication, organisational, influencing and negotiation skills are essential, along with good PC and presentation skills.
- Full clean driving licence.
- You should ideally live within the territory in question.
- You will also possess the ability to manage your workload effectively remotely.
