Head of UK Sales – Hertfordshire, Worcester, Warwickshire, West Midlands, Shropshire, Glouchestershire
Location: Based in Herefordshire, Worcester, Warwickshire, West Midlands, Shropshire, Glouchestershire.

Our client creates the highest quality technology within the healthcare and private sector to support individuals with disabilities to live more independently and to be able to communicate to loved ones and those around them through assistive technology devices and software. You will lead and manage a team of 7 assistive technology specialists in the UK and Ireland. You will be responsible for delivering your sales targets, which are set out annually for you and your team, by promoting and selling high-quality software technology within the healthcare and private sector. You will also be responsible for developing sales in the UK by being hands-on and leading your team to success.
You will manage your own diary on a daily basis, attending existing appointments, and also be driven to seek new business opportunities. Communication is vital in this new exciting role as you will be building relationships with customers and leading a highly talented and motivated team.
You will have previous experience of managing a team and also leading them to success. You will be seen as a role model by your colleagues and possess a positive and professional attitude. Understanding your team and working with them is vital in this role as you all have the same goal of achieving more growth within the business. It is essential you have good knowledge of the AAC industry and market and also come from a background of sales with a proven track record of success and achievements within your team. Strong leadership skills are key to this position, your motivation reflects on your team and achievements. This role will involve extensive travel and you must hold a full clean valid UK Driving licence.
Salary up to £55000 (depending on experience)
