To support the next stage of our expansion, we’re hiring a visionary Head of Sales to drive our growth strategy and lead a high-performing sales function across retail, B2B, Motability and community sectors.

What You’ll Lead
- Develop & execute a sales strategy for sustainable and accelerated growth.
- Build, Lead, inspire and develop a highly capable sales team across multiple channels.
- Accelerate revenue growth across B2C retail, B2B care sector, local authorities and Motability.
- Create modern, scalable sales processes that bring discipline, visibility and consistency.
- Identify new markets & opportunities across Scotland and beyond.
- Champion customer excellence, ensuring every interaction reflects our values.
- Collaborate with leadership on brand development, expansion and acquisitions.
What You Bring
- A proven track record as a Head of Sales or senior commercial leader.
- Experience scaling sales teams and driving aggressive yet sustainable growth.
- Strong commercial, analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Natural leadership, communication and relationship-building ability.
- Passion for improving people’s quality of life through meaningful products and services.
- Experience within mobility, healthcare, retail or similar
