Pressure Area Care:

Develop and grow a national dealer network with uniquely created mattress and seating surfaces for pressure injury prevention.  Sales support, education and training is a key part of the role, required to grow healthy business relationships.  Currently active in the healthcare equipment sales market is preferred, but not essential.

The Role:

This is a full-time, sales role… the Dealer Sales Manager will be responsible for growing and looking after key dealer accounts across the UK, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving sales targets.  Key tasks include promoting OptiMat products, conducting market analysis, providing sales training to dealer teams, and ensuring exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.  The successful candidate will be responsible for providing vital support to our clients.  Full product training will be provided, and earnings potential/career prospects are exciting.

OptiMat by Vaditeq specialises in advanced pressure injury prevention mattress and seating solutions, designed to enable healthcare professionals to allocate more time to care.  Our offering is now extended to reputable healthcare equipment dealers seeking to grow their business with a quality and competitive range of reactive and active pressure redistribution surfaces.  The company provides innovative and reliable healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes and support healthcare operators across long-term care.

Established for over a quarter of a century, our small manufacturing business recently launched its range of non-invasive healthcare devices for pressure injury prevention which are sold into a variety of environments including hospice, nursing homes, community care, social services and loan stores.  Our surfaces division is currently looking to recruit a personable, empathetic and credible individual to help grow the business.

Requirements:

A relevant background in healthcare equipment sales to dealers is helpful for the applicant.

  • Proven experience in sales management, dealer management, and relationship building
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Skills in market analysis and business development
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office software
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or medical equipment sector is highly advantageous
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and skilled in working both independently and collaboratively
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
