Kingkraft has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to cover the UK

Kingkraft is on the lookout for a hungry self-starter with a passion for developing leads, forging new relationships, selling their outstanding range of Height Adjustable Baths, Basins & Changers. You will have experience of working within the industry and hopefully share and have more contacts with Local Government & Private Occupational Therapists and Case Managers, plus looking outside at getting our products specified with Architects, Hospices and seeking out new possibilities. This field-based role requires someone with a proven track record of developing new business and creating long-term partnerships and ultimately delivering results and hitting the ground running.

Key responsibilities

  • Quickly identifying new business opportunities across the UK.
  • Build valuable relationships with customers across the UK.
  • Developing an expert understanding of the portfolio of equipment across the UK.
  • Build and show a growing pipeline of orders.

Identify sales leads by

  • Researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Expertly demonstrate Kingkraft product(s) (if required) whether at a person’s home or at Team Meeting.
  • Identify key business development areas, set journey plans and carry out cold calling visits, telephone calls and emails.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events where appropriate.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database to help execute quote to sale.
  • Become an expert and enhance the Kingkraft brand across the full portfolio of products –  Height Adjustable Baths, Basins and Changers.

Essential requirements

  • Results orientated with a tenacious approach and strong work ethic.
  • Existing strong relationships that you can introduce the Kingkraft product suite to.
  • Skilled in communication and influencing across all levels.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-moving, changing environment.
  • Ability to act on own initiative, making thoughtful, customer and business-focused decisions.
  • Evidence of strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
  • A good understanding of marketing principles.
  • Experience in journey planning and effectively organising own time.

Desirable experience

  • Knowledge of customer base which you could easily build on
  • Height Adjustable products within a bathing environment
  • Successful management of a large territory or the UK

The package
