Business Development Manager – Integrity – South of England

Integrity is one of the fastest growing businesses in the sector We specialises in the manufacture and supply of Pressure area care, manual handling and ADL products to the Healthcare industry. We pride ourselves in the quality of our products and the “best in class” customer service we offer our customers.
Integrity are entering the next exciting phase of our expansion, and we are looking for a business development manager for the South of England.
With several new ranges being launched in 2026 this position will be key to positioning Integrity as a top 3 supplier for all the products in the portfolio. The position will be hugely exciting and would suit someone who really wants to forward their career at pace.
Role Overview
Will be to build on the growth of our existing customers while identifying and developing new accounts for profitable growth across the South of England. Specifically, within the CES, Dealers, Long-term care and Acute markets.
Key responsibilities and duties
- Lead generation & prospecting – Identify new customers and generating leads via cold calling, emails and social media
- Sales Strategy – Develop and implement strategic plans and achieve sales targets and expand Integrity’s customer base across all sectors in the South
- Relationship management – Develop strong long-term relationships with existing and new customers
- Sales negotiations – Preparing and delivering presentations and tailored proposals to meet the customer’s needs and expectations
- Marketing analysis – Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify growth areas
- Pipeline management – Create a robust sales pipeline to ensure all forecasts are met or exceeded
Essential skills & qualifications
- Communication – You will posses excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to communicate internally and externally verbally and in writing
- Sales background – You will already have a proven and successful sales track record, preferably within the healthcare sector
- Interpersonal skills – Ability to build a rapport, negotiate effectively and manage internal and external relationships
Desired skills and knowledge
- Experience selling PAC, hoists and slings, or similar products
- Knowledge of the CES sector in the South
- Hands on experience of presenting products
- Contacts within the dealer market within healthcare
- Ability to think commercially on your feet when under pressure
- A solution provider with a strong work ethic
