Role: Business Development Manager – Care Home Sector
Location: Ideally based along the M62 Corridor
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 + £10,000 OTE

Trusted Recruiter are recruiting on behalf of our client for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK care home sector. The Role
You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within care home groups across the UK. This is a consultative sales role, engaging with decision-makers and building long-term relationships.
The company offers a comprehensive range of care solutions including:
- Beds
- Mattresses
- Patient handling equipment
- Additional care home products and solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across care home groups
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close new business deals
- Work autonomously to manage your territory effectively
- Contribute to continued company growth and expansion
About You
- Proven experience selling into care homes (essential)
- Background in selling care-related products (flexible on product type)
- Strong new business development and negotiation skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and driven personality
- Ideally located close to the M62 corridor
