Invacare launches medical profiling bed to assist in the provision of accessible homecare
Healthcare solutions manufacturer Invacare has introduced an accessible profiling bed that has been designed to improve sleep and independence at home.
The new Accent Medical Profiling Bed provides a simple and affordable quality solution for both homecare and long-term care settings. Quick and easy to set up, it offers tool-free assembly and disassembly, while an optional transportation plate kit makes moving and storing the bed easy.
Easy to clean, it is ideal for providing everyday care in single and multiple use environments.

The integrated adjustment of the mattress platform and height adjustment range of the bed between 400-800mm ensures optimal care as well as comfortable working heights for the caregiver.
Positioning of the bed is adjustable at the touch of a button while both the backrest and thigh sections can be electronically repositioned for improved comfort. The bed also features intuitive hand control and a lockable tilt function is available as an option.
The bed comes with a range of side rails and a supportive 11 degree tilt for positioning and pressure management. Its compact power unit with neater detachable cables gives more space under the bed and makes moving the bed easier. Additional options for the bed include a lifting pole and bed end panels.
Invacare recently partnered with the 2025 Superhero Tri powered by Marvel for the second year in Windsor.
