Industry newcomer’s stairlift giveaway lifts the spirits of customers after lockdown
Love Stairlifts is lifting spirits of its customers post-lockdown by gifting a brand-new stairlift to those with additional mobility needs this Christmas.
A newcomer to the mobility market, Love Stairlifts opened in Liverpool during the pandemic. Throughout the most recent lockdown, it has continued to trade, seven days a week, as an essential business.
The store chose to run the competition at a time when many elderly people with mobility issues have been forced to spend more time indoors during lockdown and often without a support network around them.
The retailer, which offers a range of stairlifts in itsa large showroom, has promised to fit the winner’s straight stairlift in time for Christmas, with free fitting and a lifetime motor guarantee included.
The competition has offered the chance for Andy Rees, Director of Love Stairlifts, to promote the services his store offers, such as providing advice and demonstrations in a COVID-secure way to customers either in the store, online or in the customer’s home.
Rees told the Wirral Globe: “In a market that is often overlooked, we are determined to make the process of buying a stairlift as enjoyable as the benefits of using it, to help with mobility in people’s homes.”
Competition entrants, who must live in or near Liverpool, can enter the free competition by liking the store’s Facebook page and leaving a comment, stating the name of the person that they feel is most deserving of a new stairlift.
