Handicare updates TechTool online troubleshooter with solutions for flagship 1100 stairlift
Handicare Stairlifts has released an update to its TechTool online troubleshooter which now includes solutions for its flagship straight stairlift, the 1100.
Since its launch last year, TechTool has gained over 3,000 users all over the world. It is used daily on mobiles and desktops by service engineers and technical support teams for instant access to expert advice.
The eagerly anticipated addition of the 1100 solutions means that TechTool now covers Handicare’s entire straight and curved stairlift portfolio: the 1000, 1100, 2000 and Freecurve.
Available exclusively to Handicare Partners as a benefit of the Partner Programme, TechTool has revolutionised the way engineers get technical support for Handicare stairlifts, offering 24-hour instant access to solutions and fixes.
It has been developed by the hugely experienced Technical Support team, recognised for their industry expertise and commitment to going the extra mile for partners in need of advice and assistance.
