Handicare is recognised by Feefo for offering an “outstanding” customer experience
Customers of home adaptations provided by Handicare Accessibility and its direct-selling division Companion have rated their experience worthy of the highest service standards, according to review site Feefo.
Handicare has won the Feefo Gold Trusted Service award for its stairlift and easy bathing solutions delivered in association with Age UK Enterprises. Handicare’s direct-selling division, Companion is awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award for the second consecutive year.
The Trusted Service awards are an independent seal of excellence recognising businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers.
Trusted Service is awarded only to businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine reviews and insights and as such the accreditation is a true reflection of their commitment to outstanding service. Feefo ensures that all feedback is authentic, by matching it to a legitimate transaction, to increase consumer confidence in reviews posted on its website.

Stairlift manufacturer Handicare offers solutions to increase the independence of disabled or elderly people. Its offering encompasses a comprehensive range of curved and straight stairlifts, transfer, lifting and repositioning aids and vehicle adaptations.
Multinational mobility and accessibility manufacturer Savaria recently made a cash offer of £296 million to acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of Handicare Group – a merger which could create a global leader in accessibility.
