Handicare Accessibility becomes a member of the Institute of Customer Service
Global stairlift supplier Handicare Accessibility has become a member of the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) in the UK.
Founded in 1996, the ICS is a professional customer service body that helps members improve their customers’ experience and their business performance.
ICS has developed a framework to help companies and individuals gain and improve customer service skills, whilst ensuring customer service professionals get the recognition they deserve.
The ICS provides members with a full audit of all their processes and systems to assess organisational performance and identify key areas for development.
In addition to reviewing all customer touchpoints, ICS carries out in-depth internal and external surveys to build a comprehensive picture of the customer journey.
David Harrison, Global Customer Experience Director, who recently spoke to THIIS about how customer satisfaction is a strategic focus for Handicare, commented: “We pride ourselves on not only offering quality products but also delivering a first-class service; the ICS membership will help support our goal of achieving this.
