Co-Directors of RISE 4 Disability Jade Godier and Alan Wallace will be delivering an engaging presentation titled ‘Industry-focussed business management with RISE Consult: How to generate leads and have customer traceability’ at the RISE @ THIIS trade-exclusive event next month.
RISE @ THIIS is the new trade exhibition and conference for those in the mobility, access, independent living and assistive technologies sectors, helping trade professionals to discover new products, opportunities and connections. The event takes place 10 May 2022 at the Doubletree at Hilton, MK Stadium, Milton Keynes.
Alongside a raft of opportunities for the trade to network with one another and find new business partners, there will be a comprehensive conference calendar at the show, with sessions from industry experts designed to help businesses grow and thrive.
Jade and Alan will be presenting their business management session from 10am-10.45am on 10 May 2022.
Aimed at manufacturers looking to extend their retail and distribution network, and suppliers and retailers looking to generate leads and expand their customer reach, the presentation will offer advice on both B2B and B2C.
Their session will deliver an insight into how an effective CRM data management system can help businesses have better time management and clearer business evaluation, as well as generate leads and converting those into those all-important sales.
Attendees will learn more about marketing, task automation, campaign reports, customer trackability, and integrating appropriate marketing channels into CRM systems like social media, mail campaigns, and webchat.
Having an excellent understanding of business analytics coupled with their understanding of the disability sector and its processes, Jade and Alan will be sharing invaluable information about how data lineage is important for business growth.
Alan has worked within business analytics and software development for over 15 years. He has worked for blue-chip clients, such as KPMG, IKEA and Sony, aiding them to deliver KPIs and develop their internal business processes and software developments.
Jade has worked within the disability sector for 13 years and been dubbed a “product guru” by a multitude of health professionals and business clients. This is shown through her extensive industry knowledge when it comes to product and service advisory and creating solutions for complex cases.
