Mark Duffield, General Manager for Karma Mobility, says the wheelchair supplier is looking forward to meeting existing and potentially new customers at the upcoming RISE @ THIIS trade event.

Held in partnership between THIIS Magazine, British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) and RISE 4 Disability, RISE @ THIIS is a trade-only B2B show for the mobility, access and independent living sectors.

On 10 May 2022 at the Doubletree at Hilton in Milton Keynes, trade professionals will have the chance to discover new products, opportunities and connections at the free-to-attend event.

Attendees can also access a full schedule of educational and engaging conference sessions led by a roster of expert speakers, while the night before, the industry will enjoy a night of networking and entertainment at the RISE @ THIIS gala dinner.

Karma Mobility will be exhibiting on stands 21-23 and is looking forward to catching up with old and new faces at the show.

A leading supplier of lightweight aluminium wheelchairs and powered wheelchairs, Karma Mobility’s manual range of wheelchairs includes ultra-light, configurable, heavy-duty, tilt-in-space and reclining wheelchairs. A wide selection of the powered wheelchairs the company offers is also available on Motability.

Excited to attend the event, Mark said: “It is always great to meet our retailers, we learn a lot from exhibitions, particularly ones that are focused on the trade. We will also be showcasing a selection of our latest products for our retailers to assess.”

The company will be showcasing its new lightweight and crash-tested Agile wheelchair at the trade-only event. This wheelchair provides a raft of configuration options, such as seat height and depth, rear wheels, and backrest frame, to suit a range of user needs.

Karma Mobility will also be demonstrating its new and already-popular Blazer powerchair to retailers at RISE @ THIIS.

“The new Blazer has been very well received packed with features like the fold-down backrest for easy transportation,” explained Mark.

As for what retailers can look forward to from Karma Mobility in the next year, the firm intends to launch a new range of powerchairs later in 2022 to complement its existing product lines.
