Ex-martial arts instructor to kick start retailer’s growth ambitions in 2019
Great Yarmouth-based retailer Style Mobility has expanded its sales capacity with the appointment of Scott Smith to the position of product advisor as the company looks to build on its success since launching in September 2017.
Starting life as a martial arts instructor, he decided to enter sales after teaching for eight years. After relocating to Norfolk in 2016, Scott worked at a local Nissan and Subaru garage for two years stint before deciding that whilst sales was for him, he wanted to work in a different industry.
Now part of the Style Mobility team, the coast retailer’s director Dominic Goldsmith described the addition of Scott as a real pleasure as the company looks to implement its long-term expansion plans discussed in October’s Retailer Spotlight.
“Not only is he now able to remain in sales and be the passageway for people to regain their freedom but he has been made to feel part of the Style family and is very excited about the future of the business and the growth that is on the horizon,” commented Dominic.
Despite only being with the east coast dealer for a few weeks, Dominic says Scott has already begun forming lucrative contacts with various care organisations in the local area and is currently training on the various mobility products the store stocks.
“He is keen to learn and already confident with demonstrating a number of our products and has successfully secured several sales,” finished Dominic.https://thiis.co.uk/ex-martial-arts-instructor-to-kick-start-retailers-growth-ambitions-in-2019/https://i0.wp.com/thiis.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/scott_smith_feat.jpg?fit=1000%2C906&ssl=1https://i0.wp.com/thiis.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/scott_smith_feat.jpg?resize=150%2C150&ssl=1New to the TeamNewsroomRetailer NewsDominic Goldsmith,East Coast,Great Yarmouth, mobility retailer,New to the team,Norfolk, retail,Scott Smith,Style MobilityGreat Yarmouth-based retailer Style Mobility has expanded its sales capacity with the appointment of Scott Smith to the position of product advisor as the company looks to build on its success since launching in September 2017.Starting life as a martial arts instructor, he decided to enter sales after teaching...Calvin BarnettCalvin Barnettcalvin@thiis.co.ukAdministratorTHIIS Magazine
