The partnership will bring together Trinity Homecare’s live-in and visiting care services with Empower Rehab’s specialist rehabilitation expertise, creating a seamless transition from hospital to home. Customers will benefit from tailored programmes that promote independence, improve wellbeing and enhance overall quality of life.

As part of the partnership, Trinity Homecare clients will have access to Empower Rehab’s Parkinson’s exercise workshops, developed to help individuals with Parkinson’s disease maintain mobility, balance and confidence through movement-based rehabilitation.

Founded by Jainita Patel, Consultant Neurological Rehabilitation Physiotherapist, Empower Rehab provides multidisciplinary care that focuses on the physical, emotional and mental wellbeing of clients. The company’s mission is to empower people to regain function, restore confidence and rediscover joy in everyday activities.
