Electric Mobility launches virtual remote repair support scheme for its CosiChair dealers
Mobility equipment supplier Electric Mobility has launched a video call support service for its CosiChair retailers.
The distributor states that the new remote repairs scheme will offer a more effective collaborative solution for service engineers working on CosiChair Riser Recliners and Fireside furniture.
CosiChair Remote Repairs will offer support via video call to more swiftly assist with fault finding and diagnosis for CosiChair warranty and non-warranty products.
With many years of experience in the mobility furniture industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the role, Luke Kelly will head up the project in addition to his core internal responsibilities at Electric Mobility.
Luke commented: “We have identified a new extra level of support which will be extremely useful for dealers when on-site/in a workshop.
“Using video to see the exact area in discussion will allow for a speedier demonstration of the fault and fix for a truly collaborative solution, without things getting lost in translation over the phone.”
Luke sees this as a great opportunity to establish relationships with Electric Mobility’s network of dealers and believes that the scheme will combat previous issues of products being returned with small faults which could have been identified and fixed in the field.
Reducing unnecessary returns will lead to an improved outcome for both retailers and offer a higher level of customer service and care to their CosiChair consumers.
Retailers can contact Luke Kelly on 07763 211722 with their dealer account number for access to the CosiChair dealer-exclusive support.
Established in Bracknell in 1984, 2024 marks 40 successful years in business for Electric Mobility.
