eFOLDi unveils upgraded warranty package for its mobility products to support UK retailers
Portable mobility specialist eFOLDi has introduced an expanded warranty package for its suite of mobility products, which includes the ultra-lightweight Explorer, Lite and Power Chair models.
The initiative underscores eFOLDi’s unwavering commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction, by combining its robust, highly durable products with exceptional after-sales service and a best-in-class warranty solution.
The extension to eFOLDi’s product warranty offers UK retailers significant advantages, which will lead to increased customer satisfaction and brand loyalty, reduced after-sales challenges, and enhanced product differentiation in an increasingly competitive market.
The upgraded warranty also promises to deliver greater peace of mind for consumers, by reassuring customers that their initial investment is protected for a much longer period, easing any concerns over unexpected repair and maintenance costs in years to come.
The new warranty scheme from eFOLDi includes seven years warranty protection on all its lithium-ion batteries and a two-year comprehensive warranty on all scooter and powerchair models, which covers all the major components, including motor, gearbox, control system, user controls and all the main chassis components. The extended warranty terms applies to all stock orders from 1st January 2025.
