Drive Medical launches dynamic mattress designed to deliver effective pressure relief
Mobility and healthcare equipment supplier Drive Medical has announced that it has unveiled a dynamic mattress which has been designed to provide effective pressure redistribution.
Designed for children and atypical adults, the Teddy Dynamic Mattress has been specifically designed for use with the Teddy Paediatric Bed, and is compatible with the Theia II digital pump.
Features include six strategically positioned retaining straps, waterfall zip flap and welded seams to prevent fluid ingress. It includes a transport mode for up to eight hours to ensure that the support surface provides support in power outages or when transport is required
Developed for demanding hospital environments, the system is fully compliant with EN 60601-1, EN 60601-1-2 and EN 60601-1-11 standards, offering reassurance in safety, performance and reliability.
