Digital pain assessment tool integrates with AI-powered care management platform
Digital pain assessment provider PainChek has announced a new integration with AI-powered care management platform PredicAire, designed to improve workflows for care staff and support better resident outcomes.
The deep-linking integration will allow care providers to access PainChek directly through the PredicAire platform, connecting pain assessments with residents’ care plans through a single workflow.
PainChek is a regulatory-cleared digital medical device that supports pain assessment, particularly for people living with dementia or cognitive impairments who may be unable to reliably communicate their pain.
PredicAire brings together care governance, operations management and family communications within one connected platform for care providers.
Through the integration, care staff will be able to launch a PainChek assessment from within PredicAire and transfer the results directly into the resident’s care record. The companies say this will reduce the need to switch between systems or enter information more than once, helping to cut administrative work and improve the accuracy of care documentation.
