Dash Rehab launches ultra-lightweight carbon fibre powerchair
Mobility equipment specialist Dash Rehab has announced the launch of the new Dash Carbon Pro Plus, an ultra-lightweight carbon fibre powerchair designed to meet growing demand for highly portable powered mobility solutions.
Positioned by the company as the lightest carbon powerchair on the market, the Carbon Pro Plus weighs just 10.8kg, or 12.4kg with battery, making it a strong option for customers looking for a travel-friendly powerchair without compromising on durability or day-to-day functionality.
Built with a robust carbon fibre frame and padded seating, the powerchair has been designed for both indoor and outdoor use and supports users up to 120kg.
Its compact folding design enables the chair to fold down quickly for easy transportation and storage, making it suitable for car boots, holidays and everyday use. A split motor system helps enable the compact fold while still delivering smooth, efficient performance and reliable power.
The Carbon Pro Plus also features fold-up footrests, which are designed to support easier transfers and help reduce the chair’s storage footprint. Its intuitive controller uses a brushless controller system for responsive handling and smooth control, helping users navigate confidently.
An integrated magnetic braking system provides safe and controlled stopping, particularly on slopes and uneven terrain.
