Dash Rehab launches two new lightweight rollators to aid users with restricted mobility
Mobility equipment supplier Dash Rehab by Rhealthcare has announced the launch of two lightweight rollators which it is looking forward to showcasing to visitors at this year’s Naidex 2021.
The Fold Down Rollator and the Forearm Walker have been designed with style and ease of use for end users with restricted mobility, according to the manufacturer.
Available in red, the Fold Down Rollator features a unique fold-down mechanism whereby the handles can be brought together so that it can be conveniently folded down without touching any other buttons or levers.
It has a maximum user weight of 136kg and a total lifting weight of 8kg, with a padded seat for extra comfort, as well as quick-release front wheels to make it more compact.
Brent McIvor, Sales and Product Manager at Rhealthcare commented: “So far the feedback from our partners is that the fold-down rollator will make it so much easier on the end user when packing away the fold down rollator or putting it in the car for transportation.”
The Forearm Walker has a height adjustment of 13cm in the handle over six levels and a 136kg user weight. It features padded forearm supports which relieve pressure on the elbow and a padded seat with a pull-up strap for side-to-side closing. Included as standard, both rollators come with a backrest, carry bag and crutch holder.
The new Rhealthcare rollators will be on show at Naidex 2021 on September 15th and 16th 2021 on Stand J32.
Last year, the NHS supplier, which recently launched its new retail brand, unveiled a number of new ranges to mobility dealers, including several lightweight folding powerchairs to capitalise on the growing market segment.
