Cosyfeet “thrilled” to receive award for outstanding customer service from Feefo
Footwear manufacturer Cosyfeet has announced that for the sixth consecutive year it has been awarded the ‘Platinum Trusted Service Award’ by Feefo for consistently delivering excellent service.
To help its collect genuine customer reviews, Cosyfeet is partnered with Feefo. Every year, Feefo’s awards recognise companies that deliver outstanding experiences.
A spokesperson for Cosyfeet said: “We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve received the ‘Platinum Trusted Service Award’ for 2026, this is the highest possible award from Feefo and is based on genuine feedback from our customers.
“This award marks the fact that we have now been awarded Platinum status for five years in a row, and achieved a Feefo service rating of 4.7 out of 5.”

A Platinum Trusted Service Award is a badge of consistency, awarded to those who have qualified for Gold for three or more consecutive years.
