Consistent customer service earns Companion Stairlifts Feefo’s highest accolade
Consistently high levels of customer service have earned Companion Stairlifts the highest honour in this year’s Trusted Service Awards run by Feefo, the global reviews and customer insights company.
This year, Feefo bestowed Companion Stairlifts the Platinum Trusted Service award, a new honour introduced by the organisation which has been presented for the first time to businesses who have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years.
The Gold award recognises those who have collected at least 50 Feefo reviews in a year, and have achieved a service rating of at least 4.5/5.
Currently, Companion has a service rating of 4.7 based on 52 reviews in the past year, and a total of 429 reviews collected over the past three years.
Customer & Field Service Director Patrick Dignan said: “Reviews such as those collected online by Feefo are a powerful indication of the high standard of service our customers can expect. More and more people are using review sites like Feefo to help them decide who to buy from so we’re very grateful to all our customers who have provided feedback; they’re the real judges and what they think is important to us.

Companion partners with a growing nationwide network of mobility retailers to provide home adaptations including stairlifts, homelifts and accessible bathrooms. Its Accredited Partner scheme, launched in 2016, provides commission, incentives and marketing support for the retailers it works with.
According to Companion, many retailers are happy to work with the company as they are confident that Companion provides a comparable customer experience to their own.

In addition to its Feefo success, Companion is also rated ‘Excellent’ on customer review site Trustpilot, where one million new reviews are posted every month.
