Closomat extends remote assessment capabilities to facilitate vital housing adaptation assessments
With the need for home adaptations remaining unwavering during the COVID-19 pandemic, wash & dry toilet manufacturer Closomat is extending its remote assessment capabilities to support adaptation teams and occupational therapists to carry out housing adaptation assessments.
Designed to complement its existing on-site/in-home assessments for housing adaptations, which are now up and running again, the remote service sees Closomat product specialists use video conferencing platforms to help personalise the assessment experience for end-users.
The accessible bathing specialist is also carrying out remote assessments to ensure customers can still have their homes adapted during the coronavirus crisis while keeping them and Closomat employees safe by reducing face-to-face contact.
This expansion comes as Closomat reopens its Manchester factory and extends its staffing levels to handle and process queries, orders and deliveries.
