Clearwell Mobility starts recruitment drive for new specialist division following merger
Clearwell Mobility has launched a new specialist division, Clearwell Care, following a merger with one of the largest wheelchair suppliers to the NHS throughout Sussex and Surrey.
The South East’s largest Motability-accredited mobility dealer has merged with Sussex & Surrey Care Centres, combining Sussex Care Centres’ existing NHS Wheelchair Services businesses with the therapist- and charity-led business from within Clearwell Mobility.
Founded 16 years ago by husband-and-wife team Duncan and Natasha Gillett, Clearwell Mobility has steadily grown from a single showroom in Brighton to become a leading regional player in the mobility retail sector.
The company now boasts 12 stores across Sussex, Surrey and Kent, including its latest store Eastbourne launched last October.
According to Clearwell, the new division already benefits from established relationships with the NHS; local authorities; leading charities, such as the Royal British Legion; private therapists; and case managers.
Clearwell Care’s wheelchair clinical lead will be responsible for supporting NHS wheelchair services, charities, private therapists and clients with prescriptive manual active and passive wheelchairs, powerchairs and specialist seating.
The role will also include being the clinical lead for Clearwell Mobility’s retail business, providing product advice and staff training to its retail teams.
Clearwell Care’s adaptations specialist will focus on supporting therapists within local authorities, charities and private clients with home adaptations including stairlifts, TFL lifts, access ramps, steplifts and bathroom conversions.
The company highlights that the individual will need to be experienced in surveying and assessing client needs across a wide range of conditions, age groups and types of property.
Both roles offer a highly competitive package with a generous basic salary and an uncapped quarterly bonus based on achieving customer service targets and revenue generation.https://thiis.co.uk/clearwell-mobility-starts-recruitment-drive-for-new-specialist-division-following-merger/https://i2.wp.com/thiis.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Clearwell-Mobility-Eastbourne-ex-Bathstore-premises.jpg?fit=1000%2C584&ssl=1https://i2.wp.com/thiis.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/Clearwell-Mobility-Eastbourne-ex-Bathstore-premises.jpg?resize=150%2C150&ssl=1Mergers & AcquisitionsNewsroomRetailer NewsTrade Newsadaptations specilaist, bathroom conversions,Clearwell Care,Clearwell Mobility, homelifts,NHS Wheelchair Services,Stairlifts, steplifts,Sussex & Surrey Care Centres,TFL lifts, wheelchair clinicinal leadClearwell Mobility has launched a new specialist division, Clearwell Care, following a merger with one of the largest wheelchair suppliers to the NHS throughout Sussex and Surrey. The South East’s largest Motability-accredited mobility dealer has merged with Sussex & Surrey Care Centres, combining Sussex Care Centres’ existing NHS Wheelchair Services...Calvin BarnettCalvin Barnettcalvin@thiis.co.ukAdministratorTHIIS Magazine
